He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Williams and Lula Mae Eidson Williams; his daughter Angela Grubbs; and his granddaughter Alicia Marie Dyches. He is survived by: his wife Susan Grubbs Williams; and his children, Kimberly Spires (Ernie) of Belvedere, April Boyette (Steve) of Belvedere, Roxie Cook of Williston, Deborah Carroll of Blackville and Troy Williams (Stacie) of McCormick. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
