He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leon Sanders and Laura Mae Card Sanders; and his stepsiblings, Peggy McClung, Betty Jo Sanders and Billy Sanders.
He is survived by: his wife Jenny Mae Sanders; his children, Brittany Parker of New Ellenton and Augustus "Gus" Sanders of Barnwell; his grandchildren, Sevannah Allen, Jaiden Allen, Brianna Allen and Paisley Sanders; and his siblings, Barbara Couch (Tim) of Montmorenci, Lila Key (Buck) of Windsor, Brenda Sanders of Montmorenci and Jerry Leon Sanders. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
