She is survived by: her husband Floyd I. McCarty; her children, Jesse Marshall Fox, Jr. (Kathy) of Middleburg, Dean Fox of Orangeburg, SC, Margaret Hughes of Orangeburg, SC, Helen Hasty of Springfield, SC, Sylvia Thompson (Frank) of Graniteville, SC and Christine Lucas of Augusta; and her sister Betty Penfield of Wedgefield, SC. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
