We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2019, at the age of 62, Kin Orr (Williston, South Carolina), born in Columbia, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Brinkley Orr and Col. Burt M. Orr, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Frederick B. "Fred" Orr (Kathy) of Blackville; and his niece Liana Orr of Williston.
