He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace DeLane Phillips and Shirley Ann Youngblood Phillips; and his brother Horace Johnny "John" Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Khris Grady Phillips of Williston and Brittany Phillips Sanders (Everette) of Barnwell; his siblings, Misty Gartrell (Carlos), GiGi Mayes and Edwin Phillips (Mary Ann) of Williston; his grandson William Nolan Sanders; his partner's daughter Kayla Bowers (Jason); and his daughter Debbie Osman Phillips. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
