He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvey Dunty, Jr. and Anna Elizabeth Dunn Dunty; and his sister Mary Yordy. He is survived by: his son James Harvey Dunty, IV (Tanga) of Ehrhardt; and his siblings, Nancy Preston of Lebanon, KY and Charles Thomas Dunty of Varnville, SC. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
