He is survived by: his mother Donna Mary LaBrake LaVack; his wife Stacy Jones; his children, James O'Rourke of Port St, Robert Jones (Ashley) of Williston, Joseph Timmons (Amanda), Chelsea Church, Chad Church (Karissa), Anthony Attardi Joseph (Jessica), Evenson Petitfrere, Louis Pierre, Loveguerson, Fleurine, Shina Louis, Jason Duran and Jessyca Baird; his siblings, Celeste Waske (Raymond), Kathy Lyons, Rita Meyers, Lisa Hudson and Billy Chapman (Lisa); and his uncle Allen Jones.
