She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Cooper and Dallie Barr Cooper; and her husband Harold Lloyd Bell. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Hall (Keith) of Williston, Rebecca Lash (John) of Weaverville, NC and Cheryl Monroe of Williston; her grandchildren, Jason DuRant (Erin), Lauren Dice (David), Jennifer Stegner (Jason), Jonathan Hall (Jessica), Joshua Neal (Brittany), Kamryn Hall and Jessica Bateman (Travis Swogger); her great grandchildren, Carstan, Knox Dice, Mackenzie, Emma Neal, Annabelle, Clayton Stegner, Tucker and Shepard Hall; and her sister-in-law Janie Gibson Bell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
