Cathy Givens Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Givens of Williston, South Carolina, born in Marion, North Carolina, who passed away on October 25, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Andrew Westall and Lucille Graham Westall Owens; her former husband Billy Whaley; her brother Daney R. Westall; and also William Albert "Billy" Whaley.
She is survived by: her husband Durward "Roddy" Givens, Jr.; her children, Denice W. Neese (Kirk) of Swansea and William E. "Eddie" Whaley (Sherri) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Janna Whaley (Ryan Blane), Hunter Kelly and Coty Kelly (Ema); her stepchildren, Deanna G. Carroll and Durward "Rodger" Givens, III (Lauren); her siblings, Jerry Westall of Iverness, Freddie Westall (Cheryl) of Couchton, SC and Cynthia Westall Athanaelos of North Augusta; her siblings-in-law, Wyman McCall of Williston and Elizabeth Ott of Branchville; and her stepgranddaughter Madison Shuler. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
