She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Holt Whitesell and Mattie Sophie Shillinglaw Whitesell; her son-in-law Marty Schumpert; her grandson Jason Schumpert; and her siblings, Betty Moore, Carolyn Robbs and Carl H. Whitesell, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Linda Schumpert of Elko, Frankie Allen (Brenda) of Williston, Debra Deering (David) of Williston and Karen Rogers (Ronnie) of Montmorenci; her grandchildren, Rhonda Allen (Michael), Jim Melvin (Sabeen), Summer Owens, Andy Deering (Carla), Dale Rogers (Salinda) and Katie Williams (Brett); and her brother-in-law Larry Allen of Blacksburg, SC.. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
