With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amelia Salley (Williston, South Carolina), born in Aiken, South Carolina, who passed away on August 19, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur R. Baxley and Lurline Williams Baxley; her brother W. R. "Bill" Baxley, Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Aaron Mac Varnadoe and James Conner Faust.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert Ernest Salley; her son Ernie; her daughter-in-law Delores "Dee" Salley of Winston-Salem, NC; and her sisters, Willene B. Varnadoe, Virginia B. Faust and Celia Ann B. Langford, Jr. (James R.).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be given to Trellis Hospice, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
