Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Thula Whitt of Williamston, South Carolina, born in Pelzer, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 85, on January 6, 2021. She was predeceased by: her husband Joel "Joe" Francis Whitt; her parents, Lawton "Sam" and Eunice Crompton Smith; and her brother Aubrey Smith. She is survived by: her brother Richard Smith (Kay) of Belton; her nieces, Wendy S. Nix (Donnie) of Seneca and Ginger S. Carter (Joey) of Williamston; her great-nephew Evan Carter; and her great-nieces, Madeline Carter and Olivia Nix.

Due to Covid-19, the family requests that masks be worn, and social distancing observed.
