He is survived by: his wife Pamela Gail Freeman Frady; his parents, Calvin Dean and Barbara Erlene Johnson Frady of Duncan; his daughter Stephanie Frady Wiesman (Dan) of Gainesville, FL; his sister Kim Frady Sandlin (Steve) of Reidville; his nephew Nathan Sandlin; and his grandson Christopher Kyle Wiesman.

Due to Covid-19, the family requests that masks be worn and social distancing observed.
