He was predeceased by: his wife Dolly Harper Winiecki; his parents, John Winiecki and Wilma M. Haberman Winiecki; his sons, Russell Eugene and Scotty Matthew Winiecki; and his brothers, Gene LeRoy Winiecki and Gordon A. Haberman.
He is survived by: his children, Fred Steven (Melissa) of Williamston, Donna Ray of Williamston, James Ray of Williamston and Michael Anthony Winiecki of Williamston; his sister Darlene Winiecki of Elizabethtown, KY; his grandchildren, Morgan Alexis and Michael Steven Winiecki; and his great grandchild Baylee Rae Vickery.
Due to Covid-19, it is suggested that masks be worn, and social distancing observed.
