He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Michael and Okie Hewitt Blihar; and his sister Shirley Neves. He is survived by: his wife Julia Easler Blihar; his children, Wayne Blihar of Piedmont, Jim Blihar (Diane) of Easley and Amy Ahler (Kris) of Greer; his stepdaughters, Heather Isom of Firestone, CO, Tamara Cox (Mike) of Piedmont and Tara Fennell of Greenville; his sisters, Ilean Milton of Franklin, NC and Alma Otwell of Taveras, FL; his grandchildren, Hope, Mackenzie, Madalynn, Kelsey, Jacob, Logan, Dillon, Zoe, Jaxen, Jamison and Piper; and his great grandchildren, David and Piper.
