She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Lewis and Gaynell Ann Cooper Austin; and her son Anthony C. D'Onofrio. She is survived by: her daughter Tara D'Onofrio; her grandchildren, F'Lyce Woodruff, Dominick Wicker and Avery Bradwell; her great grandchildren, Sarah, Jade and Deonte; and her children, Michelle Bradwell, Mandy Inman, Kem Owens, Leslie Flowers and Jennifer Williams.

A memorial service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (10 Academy St, Williamston, SC 29697).
