She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Allen and Evelyn Porter Looper; and her sister Robbie Jo Looper. She is survived by: her husband Gary Cooley; her brother Harold; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Cooley (Silvia Loaiza).
