She was predeceased by: her husband John Clayton Mangum, Sr.; and her parents, William Cleo and Lois Marie Mullikin Ellison. She is survived by: her children, John C. Mangum, Jr. (Theresa) of Williamston and Penny Sheppard (Robert) of Williamston; her siblings, Catherine Brannon of Williamston, Marie Ford of Williamston, Judy Macomson of Williamston, Susan King of Anderson and Walter Ellison of Williamston; her grandsons, Clay Mangum and Dustin Sheppard; and her great grandchildren, Rydge Sheppard and Hannah Byce.
