We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Kay Freeman of Williamston, South Carolina, born in Jacksboro, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Porter (Rusty) and Lois Porter; and her siblings, Carolyn Porter Robinson and Charles Grant Porter. She is survived by: her spouse Sidney "Sid" Dean Freeman; her children, Brady Freeman (Shannon) of Williamston and Stephanie Lackey (David) of Williamston; her siblings-in-law, Joe Robinson of Houston, TX and Pat Porter; and her grandchildren, Sydney, Cecilia, Abbey Anne, John Bryson and Nellie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Building Fund, 101 Pisgah Road, Easley, SC 29642.

“So many wonderful memories of Kay as we grew up together in Jacksboro, Texas. It was a shock and so sad to hear that she had passed away. She was loved by so many and will be sincerely missed. My sympathy to Sid and all of the Freeman family.”
