It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Franks (Williamston, South Carolina), born in Easley, South Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wayne and Carolyn Joye Barr Franks. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Smith Franks; his children, Gary Wesley Franks of Powdersville and Amanda Brooke Franks of Powdersville; his stepdaughter Lacey Wilbanks (Logan) of Belton; his sisters, Rene Yeargin (Tommy) of Powdersville and Karen Jackson (Derrell) of Powdersville; and his grandson Lanegston Wilbanks.
