She was predeceased by: her parents, William Murphy and Annie Sue Banks Hosch; and her son Thomas Edgar "Ed" Elsea. She is survived by: her husband James Edwin "Jim" Frogge; her children, Cindy Gilreath of Ruther Glen, VA, John Elsea (Patricia) of Anderson and Tim Elsea of Stevenson, WA; her grandchildren, Chad Gilreath (Jackie) of Fayetteville, NC, Cleve Gilreath (Natalie) of Chester, VA and Brittany Alexander (James) of Centreville, VA; and her great grandchildren, Scarlett Rae, Rhett James Alexander of Centreville, VA, Peyton, Ian Gilreath of Fayetteville, NC, Andrew and Chris Skelton of Chester, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19, the family requests that masks be worn, and social distancing observed.
