He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Ray Neely; his sister Amanda Faye Neely; and his grandparents, Jim, Nannie Bell Neely, Rosa and Nathaniel Knight.
He is survived by: his mother Wanda Faye Knight Neely; and his nephew Tristan Riggins "Riggs" Mitchell.
