He was predeceased by: his parents, Osley Leonard Westmoreland and Ensa Sanders Westmoreland; and his sisters, Patricia Baggett and Sue Hawkins. He is survived by: his children, Randy Westmoreland (Nicole) and Renee Cornelius (Frank); his siblings, William Westmoreland, Gene Westmoreland and Henry Westmoreland; and his grandchildren, Jeanne Powell, Jennifer Rosenberg (Roy), Crystal Sheffield (Tony), William Nicholas and Michelle Powell (Bradley). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
