He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Nelson and Thelma Brown Darby; his brothers, James, Larry and Fred Darby; and also Linda McConnell Darby.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Holland Logan Darby; his children, Kim Darby O'Keefe of Belton, Brian Darby (Beth) of Williamston, Sonja Bostic (Chan) of Williamston and Justin Logan (Leslie) of Belton; and his grandchildren, Alex Darby, Brooklynn Darby, Logan Bostic (Hayli) and Connor Bostic.
Due to Covid-19, the family requests that masks be worn and social distancing observed.
