He is survived by: his parent Martha Lois Smith Griffin; his children, Jennifer Black of Mauldin and Chris Griffin of Williamston; his siblings, Margaret Clardy of Williamston, Evelyn Winals of Greenville and Terry Griffin of Piedmont; and his grandchildren, Tyler Griffin and Kain Black. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
