He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanton Callie and Edith Pomelo Banks Tinsley; and his son Brad Callie Tinsley. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lynn Bradberry Tinsley; his daughter April Michelle Tinsley Richardson (Terry) of Piedmont; his brother Blanton Douglas Tinsley (Bertha) of Pelzer; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Scott-Seymore, Zachary Tinsley and Jonathan Richardson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the family to help cover expenses.
