He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Berry Ellison, Jr. and Lucille Mullikin Ellison Snider; and his sister Janet Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Ana Maria Serrano Ellison; his daughters, Ana Ellison Lark (William Neil, Jr.) of Anderson and Kristina Ellison of Colorado; his grandson Andrew Riley Lark; and his sister Barbara Welborn of Williamston.
