He is survived by: his wife Donna Sammons; his mother Peggy Taylor (David) of Anderson; his daughters, Amber Sammons Rumsey (Josh) of Williamston and Tiffanie Huskey (Chad) of Belton; his brothers, Rickey Sammons (Dollie) of Anderson, Jason Sammons of Anderson and Bobby Beasley (Tracie) of Belton; and his grandchildren, Haylen McGowan, Owen McGowan, Payton Rumsey, Ethan Martin, Grayson Foster and Jax Blanton.

Due to Covid-19, the family requests that masks be worn and social distancing observed.
