He was predeceased by: his father Richard McSwain; and his daughter Amber Lynn McSwain. He is survived by: his wife Cindy McSwain; his mother Nancy Carr McMurray; his children, Jeffrey McSwain (Carmen) and Talina Buckhiester (Chris); his siblings, Ricky McSwain (Linda) and Ladonna Hale; his grandchildren, Santez Garrett, Azuri, Amberlyn and Mkyncee McSwain; and his mother-in-law Donna Morgan.
