He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest and Carrie Stella Morgan Partain; and his siblings, Hazel Partain Bradford, Mack Partain, Olivia Partain Brady, Fannie Partain Carithers of Lowell Partain, W. E, James Partain, Nell Partain Krecko and Ruby Partain Orr.
He is survived by: his children, Shelby Skelton of Abbeville and Keith Partain; and his brother Bobby Partain of Belton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
