He was predeceased by: his parents, Ordie Robert Campbell and Elizabeth Eugenia Stone Campbell. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Campbell (Ginna) and Ethan Campbell (Erika); his grandchildren, Harper Campbell, Ansel Campbell and Collins Campbell; his sister Audrey Jean Walter (Matt); his nieces, Hannah Bradford (Will) and Morgan Walter; and his cousin Patricia "Trish" Fulmer.
