He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mitchell and Rachel Blanken Wilkerson; and his brothers, Clarence Wilkerson, Lawrence Wilkerson, Kenneth Wilkerson and Floyd Wilkerson.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Wilkerson; his children, Thomas Scott Wilkerson (Tina) and Lori McConnell (George); his sister-in-law Joyce Wilkerson; his grandchildren, Alexandra Simpson (Robert) and Marylane Wilkerson (Parker); and his great grandchildren, Livie Grey Simpson and Rhys Simpson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gray Funeral Home - Whitmire (445 Church St, Whitmire, SC 29178). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Whitmire Cemetery Cemetery (211-219 Cemetery Dr, Whitmire, SC 29178).
