He is survived by: his wife Kathy Franklin Crumpton; and his children, Michael Shane Crumpton, Wallace Michael Crumpton, Jr., Angel Dawn Penny, Tasha Ann Keith, Shayla Marie Crumpton and Chasity Michelle Tran.
