He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Silvers and Nellie Ammons Silvers. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Rhinehart Silvers; his children, Ricky Eugene Silvers and Kaci Silvers Trammell; his sister Anita Silvers; and his granddaughter Kassidy Trammell.
