We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 91, Ralph Vernon Wallen of Whitmire, South Carolina, born in Blackwater, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wallen and Ethel Willis Wallen. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maness Wallen; his son Dennis Wallen of Columbia; his brother Charlie Wallen of Whitmire; his nieces and nephews, Christy Fincher, Melanie Berry, Jo Nell Wallen, Sandy Garner, Lane Maness and Larry Wallen; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Josh, Ethan, Whitney and Arlen; his pet Cooper Wallen; and also River Berry.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friendship Baptist Church, 73 Leaman Avenue, Whitmire, SC 29178.
