It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Plemmons (Whitmire, South Carolina), born in Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Jenkins and Ellen Oxner Jenkins; her husband Rodney Plemmons; and her siblings, Ruthie Garner and Vernon Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Plemmons (Rhea) of Whitmire, Gregory Gilmore (Kathleen) of Whitmire, Rhonda Ebersole (Steve) of Heath Springs and Cynthia Deese of Whitmire; and her siblings, Elmer Jenkins, Dutch Jenkins of Whitmire and Frances Adams of Union. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
