Joanne Smitherman Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Smitherman (Whitmire, South Carolina), who passed away on December 10, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Huneycutt and Earline Crisp Huneycutt; and her daughter Sandy Jo Dobbins. She is survived by: her husband James Smitherman; her children, Dale Wilson of Ware Shoals, Renee Osborne of Clinton and Troy Smitherman of Clinton; her stepdaughters, Debbie Long of Columbia, Tammy Murphy of Greenwood and Patty Smitherman of Spartanburg; her brother Jimmy Huneycutt of Whitmire; and her grandchildren, Amanda Osborne, Christopher Tinsley and Zane Osborne. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
