We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2025, at the age of 63, Charlie Johnson III of Whitmire, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Charlie Luther Johnson, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Naomi Harrison Johnson of Whitmire; his wife Debra Johnson; his sons, Daniel Johnson (Anna) of Easley and Lance Johnson (Anna McLaughin) of Spartanburg; his stepson Steven Nagy of Whitmire; his brother Nelven Todd Johnson (Loretts) of Whitmire; and his grandchildren, Henry Johnson, Cora Johnson, Roman Johnson and Ethan Carroll.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heritage Wesleyan Methodist Church (191 Broom St, Whitmire, SC 29178). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at the Whitmire Cemetery (211 Cemetery Dr, Whitmire, SC 29178).
