Allen McEntire Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen McEntire of Whitmire, South Carolina, born in Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ralph and Kathryn Amick McEntire. He is survived by: his daughters, Madeleine McEntire of Spartanburg and Mariclare McEntire of New York, NY; and his siblings, Jim McEntire (Kay) of Columbia and Marie Hickman (Bary) of Newberry. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Allen McEntire guitar scholarship at The Lawson Academy of the Arts, 580 E. Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
