He is survived by: his mother Pat Collins of Chapin; his wife Amy Collins of Little Mountain; his children, BJ Collins (Kayla) of Greenville and Caroline Attaway (Lane) of Little Mountain; his brother Tom Collins (Catherine) of Myrtle Beach; his parents-in-law, Brady and Becky Porth of Lexington; and his siblings-in-law, Brady Porth (Valerie) of Lexington and Ginger Cline (Jason) of Chapin. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
