Rhea of White Oak, South Carolina, born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Carter and Flora Carter; her husband James Roger Rhea; and her daughter Jan Rhea Simms. She is survived by: her son James Kelsey Rhea (Jim); her granddaughter Kelsey Elaine Rhea of Columbia, SC; and her sister Ethyl Carland of Greenville, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
