It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Etta Mae Steele White (White Oak, South Carolina), born in Chesterfield, South Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reece A. Steele and Rosa Lee Carnes Steele; her spouse William Eugene White; her daughter Dianne Evans; and her siblings, Bobby Jerell Steele, Reece A. Steele, Jr. and Doris Jean Snipes.
She is survived by: her son Colin Y. Evans (Linda) of Sharpsburg, GA; her grandchildren, Lindsey Diane Evans Ragan and Justin Ryan Evans (Amy); her great grandchildren, Perrin Ragan, Kylie Evans and Abby Evans; and her brothers, Billy Eugene Steele of Rock Hill and Kenneth Wayne Steele of Lancaster.
