It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Knight in White Oak, South Carolina, born in Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roddey Stogner and Estelle Neal Stogner; her husband Gary Lathan Knight; her son Brian Scott Knight; and her siblings, Chad Stogner, Melvin Stogner, Willie Stogner, John Stogner, Louise Stogner, Betty Blakley, Emma Ann Beaver and Eva Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Gary "Chuck" Knight (Teresa) of Athens, GA and Pam McManus (Charlie) of Walhalla, SC; her grandchildren, Chase Knight, Meredith Simpson and Justin Knight; and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Macie Knight, Garrett, Ava Grace and Sawyer Simpson.
