She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory G. Thomas and Cleo Sanders Thomas; her husband Wilford Harris; and her stepson Robert Sox. She is survived by: her children, Donald W Harris (Patricia) of Charlotte, NC, Barry P Harris Sr. (Joyce) of Charlotte, NC, Teresa Harris Kennington (Donald) of Rock Hill, SC and Alice Loratta Gober (Charles) of Las Cruces, NM; and her grandsons, Paul Sox (Leigh), Brian Harris (Rozeta), Brad Harris, Phillip Harris (Nickie) and Michael Harris (Leigh Ann). She is also survived by her eight great-grandchildren.
Service will be held using the COVID 19 restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Harris's name to Catawba Senior Citizen Center, 1536 Tom Stevens Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
