He is survived by: his wife Virginia Franklin Watkins; his stepdaughters, Angel Buzard of Franklin, GA, Renee Pilgrim of Cleveland, GA and Brandi Mize of Banks, GA; his siblings, Stevie Watkins of Greenville and Barbara Cutchan of Alabama; his grandmother Maybell Watkins of Westminster; his nieces, Lacey Watkins of Walhalla and Hana Watkins of Friendship; his great-niece Maryona Huff of Walhalla; and his nephews, Steven Watkins of Seneca and Leon Watkins of Royston. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
