She is survived by: her parents, Douglas Payne and Deborah Webb Payne; her daughters, Candus Hoover, Zakarah Hoover, Ciara Payne and Jakiyah Hoover; her brothers, Michael Payne (Kristie) and Chad Payne; and her nephew Dakoda Maybin (Jackson McKinley).
