She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Louie Hawkins of Westminster; her parents, Robert Lee and Marie Gray Lollis; her siblings, Robert Lollis, Jr., Fred H. Lollis, Margaret M. Watts, Wylene Reynold and Peggy Merritt; her granddaughter Jennifer Ells; and her son-in-law Michael Ells.

She is survived by: her children, Jack Galbreath (Vivian) of Walhalla, Marshall Galbreath of Westminster, Stephen Hawkins of Westminster, Sandra Holtzclaw (Jerry) of Seneca, Donna Ells and Cindy White (Scott); and her sister Mary L. Smith. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
