He is survived by: his wife Terri Lee Verrill of Westminster; his children, Philip Rowe, Michael Rowe, Tricia Rowe, Shannon Verrill and Sarah Verrill; his siblings, Jerry Leighton, Scott Leighton, Glenn Leighton, Kathy Larry, Lauri Libby, Tammi Seymour and Marcia Leighton; his grandchildren, Taylor Rowe, Amber Verrill, Heather Rowe, Kimberly Verrill, Dakota Rowe, Joshua Rowe, Gabriel Grant, Colby Rowe, Dylan Perkins and Aidan Rowe; and his niece Julie Larry.
