He is survived by: his children, Phillip E. Hilligoss Jr. of Huntington, Ind, Joshua P. Hilligoss of Greenville, SC, Aimee L. Leroy (Matthew) of Seneca and Kristine L. Finger (Nathaniel) of Seneca; his sisters, Angel Smith (Randy), Jane Frazier (Charles), Angie Whitaker and Sherry Craig (Steve); and his grandchildren, Phillip Michael Hilligoss, Braedan Leroy, Caitlyn Leroy, Carson Finger and Lilianna Finger.
