She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Barber Carter; her parents, John Henry Canupp and Cadora Rosalen Englin Canupp; her daughter Wanda Harbin; and her brothers, Jim Canupp, Clifford Canupp and William Canupp.
She is survived by: her son Larry Carter (Elaine) of Westminster; her sister Mildred Phillips of Westminster; her grandchildren, Terry Holbrooks (Cari), Jeremy Carter (Kiley) and Landon Carter; her great grandchildren, Coleman Carter and Drake Carter; and her son-in-law Bill Harbin of Westminster.
